जहानाबाद(फ़तेहपुर) कस्बे में कोरोना महामारी पर रोक लगाने तथा लोगो को इस भयानक जानलेवा बीमारी से निजात दिलाने हेतु प्रशासन ने कमर कस ली है तथा हर तरह के हथकंडे अपनाकर लोगो को कोविड-19 महामारी के संक्रमण से बचाने का प्रयास किये जा रहे है । इतनी सख्ती के बावजूद भी लोग बिल्कुल निर्भय होकर बिना मास्क व बिना हेलमेट के फर्राटे के साथ घूमते देखे जा रहे है बार बार आगाह करने के बाद भी लोग इस जानलेवा बीमारी को हल्के से ले रहे है । यहां तक कि लोगो को यह कहते हुए भी सुना जा रहा है कि जो ईश्वर की मर्जी होगी वही होगा । इससे यह कहावत चरितार्थ होती है कि आ बैल मार मुझे । जब कि शासन व प्रशासन तथा सरकारी अमला विशेष तौर से चिंतित व परेशान है किंतु लोगो पर इसका कोई असर नजर नही आ रहा है । तो वहीं गरीब आम जनता बेहद परेशान है । आज दिनाँक 20 जुलाई 2020 को लालूगंज तिराहे पर स्थानीय पुलिस ने चेकिंग लगाकर बिना मास्क व हेलमेट वालो का चालान काटा तथा पुलिस का कहना है कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति बेवजह घूमता पाया गया तो उसके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही की जायगी । चेकिंग के दौरान मौके पर एस आई चित्तरसिंह, एस आई राकेश , एस आई चंद्र दीप मय हमराही सिपाहियों के मौजूद रहे ।
