संचारी रोगों पर नियंत्रण के लिए जनसहयोग जरूरी : सीएमओ

जिले में विशेष संचारी रोग नियंत्रण अभियान वृहस्पतिवार से शुरू हो चुका है। यह अभियान 31 जुलाई तक पूरे जनपद में चलाया जाएगा | इस अभियान को सफल बनाने के लिए सभी जनपद वासियों की सहभागिता और योगदान महत्वपूर्ण है | इस दौरान लोगों को संचारी रोगों से बचाव के बारे में जागरूक किया जायेगा | यह कहना है मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ भगवान दास का |
सीएमओ ने कहा कि इस अभियान में सभी बिभागों के लोग अपने उत्तरदायित्व का निर्वहन जिम्मेदारी के साथ करें और अभियान को सफल बनाएं । इस अभियान में सभी गतिविधियों की कार्य योजना बनाकर अधिक से अधिक लोगों को जागरूक करने का काम करें।
संचारी रोग नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम के नोडल अधिकारी डॉ महेश चंद्रा ने बताया कि जिले में 12 से 25 जुलाई तक चलने वाले दस्तक अभियान में 1200 टीमें काम करेंगी । इस दौरान स्वास्थ्य बिभाग की टीमें कोविड-19 प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करते हुए घर – घर जाकर दस्तक देकर बीमार लोगों की जानकारी हासिल करेंगी । दस्तक अभियान के अंतर्गत आशा कार्यकर्ता संपर्क कर किसी परिवार के सदस्य को बुखार है या फिर किसी को दो सप्ताह से ज्यादा खांसी आ रही है तो ऐसे लोगों को चिन्हित कर जानकारी एकत्र करेंगी। लोगों को साफ सफाई के बारे में जागरूक करते हुए उन्हें मानसून में होने वाली बीमारियों से बचाव के उपाय से संबंधित जानकारी भी प्रदान करेंगी।
जिला मलेरिया अधिकारी (डीएमओ) नीरज दुबे ने बताया कि इस चरण में आशा कार्यकर्ता द्वारा बुखार के अतिरिक्त खांसी तथा सांस लेने में दिक्कत या परेशानी की शिकायत वाले रोगियों को भी चिन्हित किया जाएगा तथा उन्हें कोविड जांच के लिए संदर्भित किया जायेगा | इसके साथ ही इस दौरान टीबी रोगियों की खोज और कुपोषित बच्चों की सूची भी आशा और आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्त्ता द्वारा बनाई जाएगी |
डीएमओ ने बताया – अगर आपको बुखार आ रहा है तो अपने निकटतम स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पर जाकर रक्त पट्टिका बनवाएं और मलेरिया होने पर 14 दिनों का उपचार निशुल्क प्राप्त करें | बीच में दवा छोड़ने पर बुखार लम्बा चलता है और अनेक जटिलताओं को जन्म देता है | उन्होंने कहा कि अगर घर के आस – पास पानी न जमा होने दें तो काफी हद तक इन रोगों पर काबू किया जा सकता है |
मिलेगी प्रोत्साहन राशि
डीएमओ ने बताया – आशा कार्यकर्ता द्वारा मलेरिया रोगी की स्लाईड अथवा आर.डी.टी किट से जांच कराने पर 15 रुपए प्रति मरीज का भुगतान किया जाएगा | यदि व्यक्ति मलेरिया धनात्मक रोगी है तो आर टी पूर्ण करने तथा तीसरे , सातवें एवं चौदह दिन पर रोगी का फ़ॉलोअप पूर्ण करने पर 75 रूपए का भुगतान किया जाएगा | बुखार के रोगी में डेंगू कन्फ़र्म होने पर 200 रूपए का भुगतान तथा जापानी इन्सेफेलाइटिस रोगी के कंफ़र्म होने पर 250 रूपए का भुगतान आशा कार्यकर्ता को किया जाएगा |
